Peace Pointe Independent Housing was created to provide safe, structured, and affordable independent living for veterans, seniors, and adults seeking a peaceful and respectful place to live. We believe everyone deserves a stable environment that supports dignity, independence, and a sense of community.
Our homes are designed for individuals who are able to manage their own daily living needs and who benefit from a calm, well-organized shared living setting. Through the Peace Pointe Independent Housing program, participants are provided a bed in a shared or private room within a fully furnished home. Utilities are included, community expectations are clearly outlined, and shared spaces are maintained to promote comfort, cleanliness, and mutual respect. Our goal is to reduce housing-related stress while preserving independence, dignity, and personal autonomy.
We work closely with VA programs, social workers, case managers, and referral partners to support smooth and successful transitions into housing. Whether an individual is utilizing VA resources, Social Security income, or other funding sources, our team is committed to making the placement process straightforward, respectful, and supportive.
Peace Pointe Independent Housing is not an assisted living or medical facility. Instead, we offer structured shared housing for adults who value stability, community, and a quiet environment while living independently.
